Prior to ANY Parade in which the Silent Riders Participate in- ALL firearms all thoroughly inspected for empty chambers by an authorized and licensed instructor from FIRST SHOT Nevada, or an appointed inspector, prior to blanks being distributed for parade discharge.
Along with continuing the traditions of the past, strolling the boardwalk and speaking with visitors about Virginia City History, the Silent Riders participate in a number of special events in town throughout the year. You can find us in virtually every parade that Virginia City has. There is one almost every month, in fact!
