Fun Fact

Patch me up!

Built in 1876, The St. Mary Louise Hospital was originally established by the Sisters of Charity and Bishop Patrick Manogue. The 36-room hospital included five wards and 12 private rooms that could accommodate more than 70 patients.

Silent Riders on Parade-Photos Galore!

Along with continuing the traditions of the past, strolling the boardwalk and speaking with visitors about Virginia City History, The Silent Riders participate in a number of special events in town throughout the year. You can find us in virtually every parade that Virginia City has.  There  is one almost every month, in fact!
